Sponsorship packages

Gold:

  • A 24 sqm exhibition stand in a prime location

  • Ability to include one free gift in the exhibition bag

  • Your company brochure in the conference bag

  • A 30 minute speaking slot (at a prime time) or two 15 minute speaking slots – these presentations can be ‘commercial’ – whereas other presentations are strictly none commercial and will be vetted by a panel

  • 10 free delegate places (some can be given away if you wish) which include gala ticket dinners

  • Ability to buy additional tickets for up to 8 staff members at cost price

  • Your logo on the ARMO 2023 website

  • Banner advert on ARMO 2023 website

  • Ability to post banners at Conference entrance (banners charged or supplied by sponsor)

  • Sponsorship of one of the side panels on the presentation screen (banner supplied by sponsor)

  • Choose one additional sponsor option from: Conference Bags, Welcome Drinks, Lanyards


Cost: €25,995*

 


Silver:

  • A 16 sqm exhibition stand in a prime location

  • Your company brochure in the conference bag

  • A 15 minute speaking slot

  • Your logo on the ARMO 2023 website

  • 5 free delegate places (some can be given away if you wish) which include gala ticket dinners

  • Small advert in conference programme


Cost: €12,495*

 

Bronze:

  • Your logo on the ARMO 2023 website

  • A 6sqm exhibition stand in a prime location

  • Your logo in the conference programme

  • 2 free delegate places

  • Ability to buy additional tickets for up to two staff members at cost price
     

Cost: €6,995*
